Epworth United Methodist Church facilities/behavior-a HUGE thank you to Epworth for allowing us the space for rehearsals and your continued support of our children’s programs. Please treat the facilities with kindness.  Food may only be consumed in the commons area.   Be courteous of other events that may coincide with our rehearsals.  We expect all students will treat each other with respect without bullying, spreading rumors, making fun of cast members or talking back to the directors.  Failure to behave can result in removal from the cast.

Ads for Program-if you own a business or have a connection to a business that may want to support us while promoting their brand, there is an opportunity to purchase ad space. See Ken for information on business ads.  Personal ads will also be offered at a steep discount for family and friends along with shoutouts and stargram. More info on that will come in September.

Costumes-Irina will be working on creating our costumes for this show and your participation fees will cover those expenses.  She would love a dedicated parent(s) to help with this huge task!  As with all theater productions some basic pieces are the responsibility of the family.  Girls will need black shirts (long sleeve preferred) and black leggings.  The boys will need long sleeve black shirts and possibly black pants. Everyone will need black character shoes or dance/jazz/ballet shoes.  Please let us know if there are issues around providing such materials.

Volunteer spots are necessary and required of all parents/families.  Please see the list in your Info Form.
