Sylvania Arts strives to accommodate our families to the best of our ability. We understand that some activities just are not a great fit. SA will look at each request individually to determine refund status. Unfortunately our credit card fees are non-refundable and certain products such as T-shirts, which may be included in initial fees are also non-refundable.
